ܐܽܘܢ ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܐܰܪܟ̣ܶܢ ܐܶܕܢܳܟ ܠܰܨܠܰܘ̈ܳܬܰܢ

أُوْنْ أَلُهُا أَرْكِنْ إِدْنُخْ لَصْلَوُتَنْO Lord, we stand in prayer before You for our supplicationsÔ Seigneur, nous nous tenons en prière devant Toi pour nos supplicationsOun Aloho arkhén ednokh la’slawotan

ܘܰܦ̣ܬܰܚ ܬܰܪܥܳܟ ܩܕܳܡ ܒܳܥܽܘܬܳܐ ܕܰܒܨܺܝܪܽܘܬܰܢ

وَفْتَحْ تَرْعُخْ قْدُمْ بُعُوْتُا دَبْصِيْرُوْتَنْAnd open Your doors for our requests that we offer to YouEt ouvre Tes portes pour nos demandes que nous T’offronsWa’ftah tar’okh qdom bo’outo da’bsiroutan

ܐܰܢ̣ܺܝܚ ܠܰܐܚܰܝ̈ܢ ܐܳܦ ܠܰܐܒܳܗܰܝ̈ܢ ܘܰܠܪ̈ܰܒܳܢܰܝܢ

أَنِيْحْ لَاحَيْنْ أُفْ لَابُهَيْنْ وَلْرَبُنَيْنْHave mercy on our brethren, our fathers, and our leadersAie pitié de nos frères, nos pères et nos chefsAnih lahayn of labohayn wal’rabonayn

ܕܰܒܬܰܘܕܺܝܬܳܐ ܬܪܺܝܨܰܬ ܫܽܘܒܚܳܐ ܠܘܳܬܳܟ ܫܰܢ̣ܺܝܘ

دَبْتَوْدِيْتُا تْرِيْصَتْ شُوْبْحُا لْوُتُخْ شَنِيْWhich brings the praise to Your name, O most HighQui élève la louange à Ton nom, Ô Très-HautDab’tawdito trisat shoubho lwotokh shani

ܠܚ̣ܺܝ ܚܛܳܗܰܝ̈ܗܽܘܢ ܐܰܢ̱ܬ ܡܶܢ ܣܶܦܪ̈ܶܐ ܕܰܕܚܺܝܠܽܘܬܳܟ

لْحِيْ حْطُهَيْهُوْنْ أَتْ مِنْ سِفْرِا دَدْحِيْلُوْتُخْFor those who have fallen asleep in the hope of Your mercyPour ceux qui se sont endormis dans l’espoir de Ta miséricordeLhi htohayhoun at men sefré da’dhiloutokh

ܘܰܠܦܰܪܕܰܝܣܳܐ ܕܰܡܠܶܐ ܚܰܝ̈ܶܐ ܡܰܢ̣ܰܥ ܐܶܢܽܘܢ

وَلْفَرْدَيْسُا دَمْلِا حَيِا مَنَعْ إِنُوْنْAnd for the glorious paradise that we hope to enterEt pour le paradis glorieux que nous espérons entrerWal’fardayso da’mlé hayé mana’ enoun

ܘܟܽܠ ܡܰܢ ܕܰܬܒ̣ܰܥ ܕܢܶܬܕܟ̣ܰܪ ܐܶܢܽܘܢ ܒܰܨܠܰܘ̈ܳܬܰܢ

وْخُوْلْ مَنْ دَتْبَعْ دْنِتْدْخَرْ إِنُوْنْ بَصْلَوُتَنْAnd for all who are being remembered in our prayersEt pour tous ceux qui sont mentionnés dans nos prièresW’koul man da’tba’ d’netdkhar enoun ba’slawotan

ܚܰܣ̣ܳܐ ܘܰܫܒ̣ܽܘܩ ܟܽܠ ܒܽܘܨܳܪ̈ܶܐ ܕܰܣܥ̣ܰܪܘ ܩܽܘܕܡܰܝܟ

حَسُا وَشْبُوْقْ كُوْلْ بُوْصُرِا دَسْعَرْ قُوْدْمَيْكْMay they rest in peace in Your heavenly kingdomQu’ils reposent en paix dans Ton royaume célesteHaso wa’shbouq koul bousoré da’s’ar qoudmayk

ܠܡܺܝ̈ܬܶܐ ܕܰܦ̣ܪܰܫܘ ܡܶܢ ܒܰܝܢܳܬܰܢ ܒܗܰܝܡܳܢܽܘܬܳܐ

لْمِيْتِا دَفْرَشْ مِنْ بَيْنُتَنْ بْهَيْمُنُوْتُاFor the deceased who have departed from among usPour les défunts qui sont partis parmi nousLa’mité da’frash men baynotan b’haymonouto

ܘܰܛܡܺܝܪ ܒܗܽܘܢ ܦܰܓܪܳܟ ܘܰܕܡܳܟ ܕܰܡܠܶܝܢ ܚܰܝ̈ܶܐ

وَطْمِيْرْ بْهُوْنْ فَغْرُخْ وَدْمُخْ دَمْلِنْ حَيِاAnd fulfill their wishes and bring them back to lifeEt exauce leurs souhaits et redonne-leur vieWa’tmir b’houn faghrokh wa’dmokh da’mlén hayé

ܐܰܩܺܝ̣ܡ ܐܶܢܽܘܢ ܡܶܢ ܝܰܡܺܝܢܳܐ ܕܰܐܠܳܗܽܘܬܳܟ

أَقِيْمْ إِنُوْنْ مِنْ يَمِيْنُا دَالُهُوْتُخْSet them at Your right hand, O GodPlace-les à Ta droite, Ô DieuAqim enoun men yamino d’Alohoutokh

ܒܓܽܘܕܳܐ ܫܒܺܝܚܬܳܐ ܕܫܶܡܥܽܘܢ ܟܺܐܦܳܐ ܘܰܕܝܽܘܚܰܢܳܢ

لُا تْدُوْنْ لَنْ مُرْ أَخْ سُوْرْحُنَيْنْ بْبُعُوْ مِنُخْDo not deny us, O Lord, like the unclean spiritsNe nous refuse pas, Ô Seigneur, comme les esprits impursLo tdoun lan Mor ayk sourhonayn b’bo’ou menokh

ܘܟܽܠܰܢ ܢܰܣ̣ܶܩ ܫܽܘܒܚܳܐ ܦܰܐܝܳܐ ܠܰܐܠܳܗܽܘܬܳܟ

وْخُوْلَنْ نَسِقْ شُوْبْحُا فَايُا لَالُهُوْتُخْAnd may all be worthy of the praise to Your Divine NatureEt que tous soient dignes de la louange à Ta Nature DivineW’koulan naseq shoubho fayo l’Alohoutokh

ܐܰܒܳܐ ܘܰܒܪܳܐ ܘܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܕܩܽܘܕܫܳܐ ܠܳܟ ܬܶܫܒܽܘܚܬܳܐ

أَبُا وَبْرُا وْرُوْحُا دْقُوْدْشُا لُخْ تِشْبُوْحْتُاFather, Son, and Holy Spirit, to You be the gloryPère, Fils et Saint-Esprit, à Toi soit la gloireAbo wa’Bro w’Rouho d’Qoudsho lokh teshbouhto

أهٍ يا ألله! أَمِلْ أُذُنَكَ لصلواتِنا

آهٍ يا ألله! أَمِلْ أُذُنَكَ لصلواتِناO God, listen to our prayersÔ Dieu, écoute nos prièresAh ya Alah! Amil ’udhnuk l-slawatina

وافتَحْ بابَكَ أمامَ طِلبةِ حقارتِنا

أَرِحْ إخوتَنا وآباءَنا وعظماءَنا

أَرِحْ إخوتَنا وآباءَنا وعظماءَناHave mercy on our brethren, our fathers, and our great onesAie pitié de nos frères, nos pères, et nos grandsArih ’ikhwatna w’abana w’azma’ana

الّذين بالاعترافِ القويمِ بَلَغُوا إليك

الّذين بالاعترافِ القويمِ بَلَغُوا إليكThose who through the righteous confession have reached YouCeux qui, par la confession droite, t’ont atteintAl-ladhin bi’l-i’tiraf al-qawim balaghu ilayk

أُمْحُ خطاياهُم من أسفارِ جلالِكَ

أُمْحُ خطاياهُم من أسفارِ جلالِكَErase their sins from the books of Your gloryEfface leurs péchés des livres de Ta gloireUmhu khtayahum min aspar jalalik

وبلِّغْهُم إلى الفردوسِ المملوءِ حياةً

وبلِّغْهُم إلى الفردوسِ المملوءِ حياةًAnd bring them to the paradise filled with lifeEt conduis-les au paradis rempli de vieWaballighum ila al-firdaws al-mamlu’ hayatan

وكلُّ الّذين طلبُوا أن نذكُرَهم في صلواتِنا

وكلُّ الّذين طلبُوا أن نذكُرَهم في صلواتِناAnd all those who asked us to remember them in our prayersEt tous ceux qui nous ont demandé de les rappeler dans nos prièresW’kul al-ladhin talabu an nadhkurahum fi slawatina

إِغفِرْ واترُكْ كلَّ الهفواتِ الّتي اقترفُوها أمامَكَ

إِغفِرْ واترُكْ كلَّ الهفواتِ الّتي اقترفُوها أمامَكَForgive and overlook all the offenses they committed before YouPardonne et oublie toutes les offenses qu’ils ont commises devant ToiIkhfir w’atruk kul al-hafawat al-lati iqtarafuha amanak

ألموتى الّذينَ افترقُوا عنّا بالإيمان

ألموتى الّذينَ افترقُوا عنّا بالإيمانThe dead who have departed from us in faithLes morts qui nous ont quittés dans la foiAl-mawta al-ladhin iftarqu ’anna bil-iman

وجسدُكَ ودمُكَ المملوءانِ حياةً مطمورانِ فيهم

وجسدُكَ ودمُكَ المملوءانِ حياةً مطمورانِ فيهمYour Body and Blood, which are filled with life, are buried in themTon Corps et Ton Sang, qui sont remplis de vie, sont ensevelis en euxW’jasaduk w’damuk al-mamlu’an hayatan matmuran fihum

أَقِمْهُم عن يمينِ ألوهيّتِكَ

أَقِمْهُم عن يمينِ ألوهيّتِكَRaise them up at the right hand of Your divinityRelève-les à Ta droite, Ô DivinitéAqimhum ’an yamin aluhitika

في الجوقِ المجيد، جوقِ سمعانَ الصخرِ ويوحنّا

في الجوقِ المجيد، جوقِ سمعانَ الصخرِ ويوحنّاIn the glorious choir, the choir of Simon the Rock and JohnDans le chœur glorieux, le chœur de Simon le Rocher et JeanFi al-juq al-majid, juq Shim’on al-sakhr w-Yohanna

وعندما ستدينُ كلَّ القبائلِ والأجيال

وعندما ستدينُ كلَّ القبائلِ والأجيالAnd when You will judge all the tribes and generationsEt quand Tu jugeras toutes les tribus et générationsWa’andama satadin kul al-qaba’il wa’al-ajyal

نسألُكَ ألّا تَدِنّا يا ربُّ حسَبَ آثامِنا

نسألُكَ ألّا تَدِنّا يا ربُّ حسَبَ آثامِناWe ask You not to judge us, O Lord, according to our sinsNous Te demandons de ne pas nous juger, Ô Seigneur, selon nos péchésNas’alluk al-la tadinna ya Rabb hasaba athamina

فنُصعِدَ كلُّنا المجدَ البهيَّ لألوهيّتِكَ

فنُصعِدَ كلُّنا المجدَ البهيَّ لألوهيّتِكَSo that we may all raise glory to Your divinityPour que nous puissions tous élever la gloire à Ta divinitéFanusi’d kulna al-majd al-bahi li’aluhitika
